Students are asked to skim any newspaper they have access to and find articles about government. We have reviewed the 3 levels -
Municipal, Provincial and Federal.
Protractors...
On Monday we had 23 class protractors and 5 students had their own protractors - so each child has access to a protractor at school. They are allowed to bring the protractor home to use for homework. Please ensure the protractors are returned to school.
Hot dog BBQ
Next Thursday afternoon our class will be having a hotdog BBQ. Please a $2 to cover the cost. Each students will get 2 hotdogs. Mrs. Wallace will go to Costco pick up supplies - unless a parent cane o this during the week. We have 28 students and 2 staff - so we need 60 buns, and 60 hotdog wieners, maybe 1 pack vegetarian - we can freeze and left overs for our next class BBQ. If any students would like to bring fruit or veggies to go with our hotdogs - great. Please sign on whiteboard.

Homework Club
Open to any student who wants to stay after school to finish homework. Mrs. Wallace is available for extra help in any subject area but especially math.
