Today I handed out a list of concepts the kids need to know for the test and a cheat sheet. I want to teach the kids to write down all the areas they need to study for the test on the cheat sheet. The idea of the cheat sheet is for the kids write down all the concepts they need to master for the test. If they write down all the concepts - then it is a way of studying for the test. I expect the kids to hand in the cheat sheet after the test.
Reading, reading, reading and more reading - please ensure the kids are reading 30 mins every night - improved reading and writing happens when students are read on a regular basis.
