1. Science - finish worksheets and write a paragraph about telling how blood is important to your body. Opening sentence is essential. Mrs. Black reviewed with the kids what her expectations are. Students are permitted to take home a textbook. Text books are numbered and students must return the text book on Monday.

2.Other weekend homework...read, read and read some more - the best way to improve student's reading and writing is to read. Read material at the student's level and that the student is interested in reading.
3. Practice pronouncing PEACE words for next Friday's assembly. Each student has a PEACE word in another language - each student is asked to practice pronouncing their word.
