Chinatown Parking for parent drivers

We are going to park underground at Tinsel town. My contact at Dr. Sun Yet Sen Gardens tells me there is free parking all day underground at the mall. We will walk a block and half to the Gardens. Parent drivers are free to drop kids at the Garden and pick at 2 - no need to stay the day.
