Science Jam - Feb. 26 - Tuesday

We sent home a notice regarding the district sponsored Science Jam that happens every year. The students will create science projects around a question which interests them. For example, "how do hurricanes work? ". Students will then follow the scientific method and then display their findings on a three panel display board. We will show our projects off to the students are our school and then we will be able to take our projects and join about 1000 other students at Aberdeen Center to celebrate Science. To make the event possible we require parent drivers to transport students to Aberdeen Center. Please sign and return the notice - please indicate how many students you would be able to drive.
Many students were concerned about missing after school activities as the event runs from 4 - 6. We thought they could probably miss the activity as this was a school event.
